TERMS & CONDITIONS

Please read these terms and conditions of entry carefully. By submitting an entry to this promotion, you are deemed to have read and accepted them.

PROMOTER: A.G. BARR p.l.c., a company registered in Scotland with company number SC005653, and having its registered office at Westfield House, 4 Mollins Road, Cumbernauld, G68 9HD (the “Promoter”, “we”, “us”, “our”).
PROMOTIONAL PERIOD: promotion opens at 00:01 on 29th July 2026 and closes at 23:59 on 25th August 2026 (inclusive) (the “Promotional Period”).
ELIGIBILITY:

2. Qualifying Product purchase is necessary (see condition 4 for details). Please retain an itemised receipt that states the time and date of the Qualifying Product purchased within the Promotional Period. Proof of purchase must be provided and will be verified before any prize is awarded.
3. Device with QR scanning capabilities, capable of receiving a phone call and internet access required. A valid email address and mobile number is also required to enter. Normal exclusions apply. Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
4. Maximum one entry per device per day is permitted during the Promotional Period. Entries submitted with a previously submitted receipt for a previous entry will be disregarded.
5. We will have no responsibility for, and will not accept, any entries that are lost, delayed, incomplete, illegible, damaged or corrupted (including as a result of technical issues with your mobile, tablet, computer or connectivity, or technical issues with our website or microsite).
QUALIFYING PRODUCT REQUIREMENTS AND PARTICIPATING RETAILERS
The products specified in this condition 4 are each considered a qualifying product necessary for entry (referred to individually as a “Qualifying Product” and together the “Qualifying Products”).
Any ONE (1) of the below qualified products (Boost Drinks) are required to be purchased for one (1) entry.
1. Boost Drinks – 500ml
  1. Boost Energy 500ml single can plain, or price marked pack, any flavour.
  2. Boost Sport 500ml PET plain, or price marked pack, any flavour.
  3. Boost Water+ 500ml PET plain, or price marked pack, any flavour.
2. Boost Drinks – 250ml
  1. Boost Energy 250ml single can plain, or price marked pack, any flavour.
  2. Boost Energy 250ml 4 can pack, any flavour.
  3. Boost Iced Coffee single 250ml can plain, or price marked pack, any flavour.
  4. Boost Sugar Free 250ml 4 can pack, any flavour.
The Qualifying Products must be purchased at Morrisons or Morrisons Daily Retail Stores in the United Kingdom, including their online stores.
Purchases of Qualifying Products from other retailers do not qualify for entry to this promotion.
TO ENTER:
To enter during the Promotional Period you must:
1. purchase any one (1) Qualifying Products in a single transaction at Morrisons or Morrisons Daily in the UK and retain the receipt as proof of purchase;
2. access the entry form by:
  1. using your mobile phone or other device to scan the promotional QR code shown on the product’s display or promotional material; or
  2. visiting morrisons.winwithboost.co.uk;
3. complete the online entry form with the required details (including your full name, email address and mobile number) and upload a clear image of your itemised receipt showing proof of purchase of the Qualifying Products; and
4. submit the completed form.
Promotional QR codes can be found on point-of-sale material in participating Morrisons or Morrisons Daily stores; and on their websites.
Any entries received before or after the Promotional Period will not be valid and will not be entered into this promotion.
PRIZE DRAW PROCESS
1. The Independent prize draw provider, PromoNow will generate a computer random algorithm of FIVE (5) winners. The first FIVE drawn will each win a prize. All FIVE (5) prizes are available to be won.
2. The Promoter reserves the right to reject any entries which it considers in its absolute discretion to be fraudulent, invalid, or not in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
3. No person may win more than 1 prize during the duration of the promotion.
PRIZES
Throughout the Promotional Period, there are FIVE (5) prizes in total available to be won. Each winner will be eligible to receive the following “Prize”:
1. 1 x Trip to the Super League Grand Final with behind the scenes tour (3rd October 2026) at Old Trafford; includes two standard tickets, 4-star hotel stay with breakfast at the Hilton Garden Inn Old Trafford on Saturday 3rd October 2026 (based on sharing a twin/double room).
2. 1 x £250 Travel Contribution Payout;
We reserve the right to substitute any Prize (or an individual aspect of a prize) for an alternative of equal or greater value where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control. Winners may not transfer the right to accept their Prize to another person without our consent. Prizes are not negotiable.
WINNER SELECTION, NOTIFICATION AND VERIFICATION
1. Winning entrants will be notified via phone call to the same mobile number used at entry within 7 days following the end of the promotion if they have won a prize, subject to eligibility and purchase verification. An Email will also be sent to the email address used on entry.
2. Winners will have 7 days to respond to the phone call claim process or forfeit their prize to a reserve.
PRIZE DELIVERY
1. Prize - Trip to the Super League Grand Final with behind the scenes tour (3rd October 2026).
2. Winning entrants will be notified via phone call to the same mobile number used at entry within 7 days following the end of the promotion if they have won a prize, subject to eligibility and purchase verification.
3. A confirmation email will also be sent to the email address used on entry.
  1. Winners will have 7 days to respond to the phone call to complete the claim process or forfeit their prize to a reserve.
  2. Our Prize Agency, Prize Professionals will assist the winner to make arrangements to complete the prize.
  3. Event tickets will be issued to the name matching that of the original entrant.
  4. The £250 travel contribution will be paid via our specialist provider, PromoPayouts for security and will only be issued to the Account Holder Name matching that of the entrant.
  5. All guests must be over 18.

  7. Once the winners and their guests have registered with and tickets have been allocated, the winner and their guest will be subject to any cancellation policies that the ticket issuer may impose in accordance with the ticket terms and conditions. The winners will be treated in accordance with any other ticketholder.
  8. Winners are responsible for providing correct details and the Promoter will not be liable for any mistakes made.
  9. The Prize cannot be sold or exchanged.
  10. If for any reason the event is not capable of running as planned, such as cancellation or any other cause beyond the control of the Promoter which affects the running or conduct of this promotion, the Promoter may in its sole discretion cancel the Prize and not re-award any additional tickets to the winner or reimburse any incurred expenses by the winner as a result of winning or accepting the Prize.
  11. Winners are responsible for the behaviour of themselves and their guests whilst taking the Prize. The Promoter reserves the right in its absolute discretion to exclude a winner and/or their guest from participation in any aspect of the Prize if any party fails to comply with the directions of the Promoter or any companies associated with the Prize or if a winner and/or their guest act in a manner that is dangerous to themselves or to the public or is, in the opinion of the Promoter, anti-social in any manner or which causes a disturbance or nuisance to others. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event/venue.
  12. Winners and their guests must abide by any relevant terms and conditions which form part of the Prize. It is their responsibility to ensure that they take care when moving around the venue. Whilst at the venue, the winners and their guests must not: be drunk, intoxicated, under the influence of drugs, be abusive, threatening, make or incite racial abuse, chant, use offensive language, make obscene gestures, throw items, behave anti-socially, carry laser pens, bring animals (except guide dogs), carry offensive weapons or illegal substances, carry candles, climb any structure, make excessive noise, offer any item for sale, damage the venue or smoke. Failure to comply with these Terms and Conditions may result in refused entry, or the ticket holders being required to leave the event or venue.
  13. Once tickets have been issued, the Promoter, will not be liable for any failure to comply with its obligations caused by (but not limited to) Acts of God, global or regional epidemic or pandemic, adverse weather conditions, fire, industrial dispute, war, terrorist activity, hostilities, political unrest, riots, civil commotion, plague or other natural calamities, or any other circumstances beyond the control of the Promoter.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS:

Your contact information will only be used and shared for the purpose of administering this promotion unless we have your consent and you have opted-in to receive future marketing communications. We may share your personal data with third parties for the purposes of fulfilling any prizes won through this promotion (including our fulfilment / delivery partners). 2. The winners’ surnames and counties will be obtainable only by sending a stamped addressed envelope request four weeks after the promotion close date to: Prize Professionals (Boost Drinks Morrisons P12 Prizes, 29 July 2026 – 25 August 2026), Hereworx House, 119 Winter Road, Southsea, PO4 8DS, within 3 months of the closing date. The winners may request that their surname and county are not published or request the amount of information being published be reduced by contacting the Promoter at the address above. Without prejudice, the Promoter will provide this information to the Advertising Standards Authority on reasonable request.
3. You must submit your own entry. Entrants who make an entry on someone else’s behalf will be disqualified, at the Promoter’s discretion. Bulk, group, or third party entries will not be accepted. Entries submitted using automated entry software or any other mechanical or electronic means that enable a person to enter repeatedly will not be accepted. The entry must be made directly by the person entering the promotion. Only genuine valid entries will be considered. If it becomes apparent that a participant is using a computer(s) to circumvent this or any other condition by, for example, the use of ‘script’, ‘brute force’ or any other automated means, that person’s entries will be disqualified, and any Prize award will be void.
4. We may carry out verification checks to confirm your eligibility to enter the promotion and/or receive a Prize (including requesting proof of ID (e.g. a current passport or driver’s licence), proof of address (e.g. a recent utility bill), proof of purchase of Qualifying Products (e.g. an original itemised receipt), or proof of status as a trade customer of Participating Wholesalers).
5. Winners are responsible for any tax liability they incur as a result of accepting a Prize. Winners are encouraged to seek independent financial advice before accepting a Prize if the tax implications concern them.
6. We reserve the right to disqualify you if you fail our verification checks or we reasonably believe that you have: (i) breached any of the promotion terms; (ii) cheated or jeopardised the operation or integrity of the promotion; or (iii) gained an unfair advantage or won using fraudulent, dishonest, or unfair methods.
7. We reserve the right to suspend, vary or cancel a promotion where we deem it strictly necessary due to events outside our reasonable control (including where technical issues are affecting the proper running of the promotion or where we suspect fraud). In these circumstances, we will do all we can to minimise any disappointment.
8. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we will not be liable to you for any loss, injury or damage which: (i) you suffer by entering a promotion; or (ii) you suffer in the enjoyment of any prize. However, nothing will exclude or limit our liability in respect of personal injury or death caused by our negligence or for any fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation committed by us.
9. Sometimes, through reasons outside of the Promoter’s control, the website / microsite (as with any website / microsite) may not be accessible. The Promoter cannot guarantee continuous, uninterrupted access to the website / microsite. No responsibility will be accepted for any difficulties in entering, claiming or any entries/claims delayed or corrupted. The Promoter will have no liability for any loss arising out of such an event.
10. The Promoter may request that the winners participate in publicity arising from the promotion, including taking part in promotional videos and/or photoshoots to be shared via the Promoter’s social media channels. Participation in any such publicity is at the winners’ discretion and is not a condition of enjoying the Prize.
11. At the point you enter this promotion, we’ll give you the option to consent to us using the email address you submit for marketing and promotional purposes. If you give us your consent, we may send you marketing and promotional emails about Boost Drinks from time to time. If you wish to subsequently withdraw your consent, you can do that by emailing us at dataprotection@agbarr.co.uk or by clicking the unsubscribe link in any of the marketing or promotional emails we send you.
12. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed, administered or associated with any other parties. By entering, entrants agree to release any and all of the non-affiliated parties from any and all liability in connection with the promotion.
13. Our decision in relation to all matters relating to our promotions will be final.
14. Each of the promotion terms is separate from the others. This means that if any promotion term is held to be invalid then it will be deleted but the remaining promotion terms will continue to apply.
15. If there is a discrepancy between these promotion terms and those in any promotional material, these promotion terms will prevail.

17. The promotion terms will be interpreted and applied in accordance with Scots law. The Scottish courts will have the exclusive right to settle any disputes related to our promotions.
